This session is designed for all employees going through change. (And who isn’t going through change in the work world today?) We will explore the phases of change and how to manage our personal response to change, how to utilize the ‘circle of control’ to determine the best responses, and how your brain, unfortunately, works against you when you are going through change. The ultimate goal is to help you gain strategies for building resilience during change. 

About the Presenter:
Eileen is focused on improving the performance of people managers, teams, and leaders through research-based assessments and learning programs designed to build people’s expertise. Eileen’s work is not just about providing tools, but about making a significant impact. She is dedicated to empowering smart professionals with tools that can significantly enhance their interpersonal and team effectiveness. 

Eileen holds a PhD in Education Psychology from Temple University, and both a master’s degree in Instructional Design and bachelor's degree in social work from Syracuse University.
