Event Cancellation Policy

As a nonprofit organization, we commit resources in advance to ensure a successful event. Therefore, we do not offer refunds for cancellations. However, we do allow substitutions at any time, including onsite. If you need to transfer your registration to someone else, please notify us as soon as possible.
