Virtual CA-AM Exam Prep Workshop

Overview

The Certificate of Achievement - Alliance Management (CA-AM) review course is designed to reinforce and refresh concepts covered in the CA-AM exam. Modules begin with a review of key alliance concepts and then moves to a case scenario analysis designed to encourage conversation and clarification of those concepts. Each module concludes with a summary of key takeaways.

Based on the principles covered in The ASAP Handbook of Alliance Management: A Practitioner's Guide, this course addresses the following areas covered in the CA-AM exam:

Alliance Selection

She is an instructor for ASAP's CA-AM certification program and TE-AM Alliance workshop and is an official ASAP Educator Provider Partner. McDermott works with such companies as Pfizer, Moffitt Cancer Research Center, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Biogen Idec, and Sanofi. She is a best-selling author, a certified speaking professional, and adjunct faculty member on alliances for the American Management Association.

Lynda is also the Founding President of the Healthcare Businesswomen's Association of Florida and the Tampa Bay Chapter Chair of the Women President's Organization.
